The weather has changed and we’re starting to think more about pumpkin picking than pool days. What does that mean for your skincare routine? Here are a few of our favorite fall skincare ‘pearls’ to keep your skin healthy and looking great:
- Don’t forget sunscreen. We are all still spending plenty of time outdoors in the fall. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen each morning, but also remember to reapply throughout the day. Colorescience® Brush-On Sunscreen is a helpful tool for reapplication on the go.
- Now is the time to lighten pigmentation from a long summer spent outdoors. We can help you choose the best products for the needs of your skin – topical skincare treatments and/or in-office treatments are really helpful for improving discoloration.
- Hyaluronic acid serums are a fantastic moisturizing option for the fall because they help to add and lock-in moisture, without adding weight or making your skin feel greasy.
- Schedule your skin cancer screening with one of our providers. After summer is a great time to have this annual exam; it’s easy to remember to come in for a check after each summer.
