• Comparison of the Efficacy of Two Techniques for the Corrections of Facial Laxity and Nasolabial Folds

Zel Skin & Laser Specialists Clinical Research is seeking enrollment of healthy men and women between the ages 35–65 with moderate to severe nasolabial folds ( deep facial lines on both sides of the nose).

This study will assist Dr Zelickson in evaluating the efficacy of deep dermal cheek injection versus mid to deep dermal local nasolabial fold injections for the correction of nasolabial folds.

Participants must be available for up to 6 weeks and be willing to follow study requirements. Patients must consent to limit sun exposure and daily use of sunscreen SPF 50 or higher for duration of clinical trial.

•Evaluation of the 532nm KTP laser for the treatment of Poikiloderma of Civatte

Zel Skin & Laser Specialists Clinical Research are enrolling healthy men and women between the ages 35–65 with erythema (redness) associated and a mottled pigmentation a (combination of atrophy, telangiectasia, and pigmentary changes hypo–pigmentation and hyper–pigmentation) seen on the sides of the neck or the chest for a clinical research trial.

This study will assist Dr Zelickson and the sponsor to gain further knowledge about the safety and efficacy of the 532nm KTP laser for the indication of Poikiloderma of Civatte.

Participates must be available for up to 8 months and be willing to follow study requirements. Patients must consent to limit sun exposure and daily use of sunscreen SPF 50 or higher for duration of clinical trial.
